About our challenge
Our names are Lachlan and Charlie, and for our 40 hour challenge we will be running 40 kilometers in 40 hours. 28 dollars will give children in the Solomon Islands a family vege garden, which gives them food. 42 dollars will train a person in agriculture to provide sustainable food for the future.
World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
We're doing the World Vision 40 Hour Challenge to help raise funds and give kids in Solomon Islands food for today, and a future for tomorrow.
In the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty, leaving them at risk of hunger and malnutrition. But we can help. We're raising funds to give families tools and seeds to farm climate-smart crops and plant mangroves so that communities in Solomon Islands will have enough food in a changing climate.
