World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
Hi, I’m Tanya – a 12-year-old from Kowhai Intermediate School.
This is my first time doing the 40 Hour Challenge, and also the first time I’m reaching out like this.
I’m naturally a bit shy, but lately I’ve been learning about how many children around the world — especially in our Pacific region — live without basics like clean water, enough food, or a safe home. That made me feel really sad… and also inspired me to take action.
In the Pacific, 1 in 6 kids is living in severe food poverty. Together, we can change that.
This year, instead of birthday gifts (I turn 12 on 17th June!), I’m asking for donations to help kids and families in need.
Even a small donation — $5, $10, or whatever you can spare — will make a big difference.
Please donate now to help children in the Pacific grow up healthy and strong.
Thank you so much for supporting me in this journey!
