Hello, my name is Amy Davis!

I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
 
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.

Kia ora, my name is Amy and this is my first 40 hour challenge! I had two ideas for the challenge I wanted to do - no speaking or writing English for 40 hours, or matching every donation I get during the 40 hours. These challenges are meant to represent the challenges that so many people face when moving to English-speaking countries when they themselves cannot speak it, and people who are suffering from debt and payments that are constantly demanded from them in the face of growing wealth inequality. In the end, I've decided to do both! Any donation made will be matched, and any responses I give to say thanks won't be in English.
