World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
Living out of a backpack for 40 hours! Everything I use for 40 hours including clothing, hygiene items, and entertainment must fit into a backpack (excluding food and water for safety purposes). This is to raise awareness about housing insecurity, where people must live on minimal possessions that can be moved from place to place frequently, and allow me and others to realise how much we rely on material things.
I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.
