World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
Hello there! We are Year 11s from Otaki College, and this year we've decided to participate in the 40 Hour Challenge! This year, the challenge we've picked is a classic; The 40 Hour Famine. That means no eating anything for 40 hours, and only drinking water.
We are raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.
Your support would mean so much to me. Please donate today so kids in the Pacific get enough food to grow up healthy and strong.
Now’s the time to stand up and make a difference for our neighbours in the Pacific.

Go well with your challenge girls!
