World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
Over 40 hours, I will Commit to completing 40 different sports related challenges, alongside a goal of reaching 40,000 steps. These challenges will include a mix of skill based activities, target and precision tasks, and sport knowledge challenges.
While doing this challenge I aim to highlight that sport is about more than just playing. People can be involved in sport in many different ways through coaching, learning about the game, developing skills, organising, or simply trying something new. I want to promote the importance of giving things a go and show that involvement in sport can look different for everyone. Trying new activities and learning new aspects of sport helps build confidence, understanding and a lifelong reason to be active.
I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.
Your support would mean so much to me. Please donate today so kids in the Pacific get enough food to grow up healthy and strong.
Now’s the time to stand up and make a difference for our neighbours in the Pacific.
