World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

I’m doing the World Vision 40 Hour Challenge to provide kids with food for today, and a future for tomorrow.

In the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids is living in severe food poverty. Together, we can change that. I'm raising funds to help families farm climate-smart crops and plant mangroves so they can feed their children in a changing climate.

Please donate now to help kids in the Pacific get enough food to grow up healthy and strong. 40 hours? Challenge accepted!

MY challenge!

Monday 12th May
As the 40 Hour Famine Challenge weekend is the same time as our school musical, giving up technology won't be possible for me. Instead, I've decided to sleep outside for 40 hours (that's two nights!) to understand the hardships that people in low-income countries suffer. We in New Zealand are incredibly lucky to have strong, safe buildings to live in, but this isn't the case for everyone. The people of the Solomon Islands live in hut-like buildings made of natural materials, and are often cold and unprotected from the weather. Please consider supporting my challenge and helping the children of the Solomon Islands survive.
