I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
Our efforts matter because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, we who are more fortunate than our neighbors in the pacific have the responsibility to help others. We can change their situation!
My challenge is going into the bush for 40 hours, with no food or water and meagre shelter. I will be doing this with some friends to experience just a fraction of the hardship that kids in the Solomon Islands go through every day.
