World Vision 40 Hour Off-the-Grid Challenge

Hi 👋
My name is Kailani Kiefer, and I'm a Year 8 student at Korokoro School, Lower Hutt, New Zealand.
Like tens of thousands of young Kiwis, I’m taking on the World Vision 40 Hour Challenge to help provide food for today and hope for tomorrow. This year, I’m going completely offline - no phone, no social media, no internet - for 40 hours .🔌📵
It won’t be easy, but it’s nothing compared to what kids like Polyne in the Solomon Islands face every day. My small sacrifice can help make a life-changing difference. 💪❤️
💰 Every dollar counts and can create real change. Your support, big or small, helps families grow their own food, build resilience, and secure a better future. 🌱☀️
Here’s how your donation can make a difference:
-
$28 provides a family with a vege garden to grow their daily food.
-
$42 trains a person in climate-smart agriculture so they can grow sustainable food for years to come.
-
$98 gives seeds and farming tools so families can feed their children in a changing climate.
-
$189 equips a family to protect their food sources from rising seas through mangrove plantation.
Together, we can make a real impact — don’t miss your chance to be part of something meaningful! 💛🌍
Donate now and help me reach my goal. Every hour I go offline, and every dollar you give, brings us one step closer to a brighter future for kids who need it most. 🌱✨
With love,
Kailani ❤️❤️❤️
Good luck!
