I'm helping by going offline for 40 hours and i know you could do it too. Just going without tech for 40 hours would make a huge impact on their lives. I bet You could do it too .

In the pacific region they don't have all the things they need to stay Strong and healthy. They don't have enough food, Money or even clean water. 1 in 6 kids live in severe food poverty and we don't want that to increase.
