I recently signed up for the forty hour challenge to help kids in the Solomon islands who are living without food or shelter. For this year's challenge, I am going 40 hours with only 4 foods! My choices are: Rice, sweet potato, banana and tuna. To make this a real challenge I will also be preparing all of the food by myself. These foods are not just random choices though, these foods mirror what a family would eat everyday in the Solomon islands, just normally in smaller portions. This is a really amazing cause, and a great opportunity to help people in need, even by donating $10 you are making a difference
