World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
Sourcing water for my whānau.
I am nine and wanted to think of a challenge for me. So many people live without access to fresh drinking water, at home we have a stream over in the gully, it is a 10 minute walk over there, I will collect all our home water for 40 hours. Carry it back in containers and boil it to make it safe. So many people live like this or with harder water access every day.
I am joining friends from my school to support World Vision 40 Hour Challenge. This is raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.
Your support would mean so much to me. Please donate today so kids in the Pacific get enough food to grow up healthy and strong.

This is a wonderful cause for you to support and join! Be proud of you 💪
