World Vision 40 hour challenge
For this year’s 40 Hour Challenge, I’ve decided to do 40 top-to-bottom laps of Mount Victoria on my mountain bike over 40 hours. I chose this challenge because mountain biking is something I genuinely enjoy and spend a lot of time doing.
I’ll be riding the same technical route for every lap, including climbs, downhill trails, jumps, and rough terrain, making this one of the biggest physical and mental challenges I’ve taken on in my entire life.
I’m raising funds so families in the Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools, and skills they need to grow crops and feed their children in a changing climate.
This kaupapa matters because across the Pacific region, 1 in 6 children are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in New Zealand can help make a real difference for our Pacific neighbours.
Any support would mean a lot to me. Every donation helps provide practical support for families and children who need it most.
Thank you so much for supporting my challenge.
