World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

WORLD VISION 40 HOUR CHALLENGE.

Helping those in need and praying for others are central expressions of compassion and faith, reflecting a heart aligned with God’s love. When we reach out to support the vulnerable, whether through acts of kindness, generosity, or simply being present, we embody the spirit of service that scripture encourages. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 19:17, “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done.” This highlights that caring for others is not only a moral responsibility but also a sacred act. Likewise, praying for others strengthens our connection as a community and invites God’s guidance and comfort into their lives. In James 5:16, it says, “Pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” Together, these teachings encourage us to live selflessly, lifting others up both through action and prayer, creating a ripple effect of hope, healing, and love in the world around us.  The money we raise will help our brothers and sisters in Christ over in the Soloman Islands. Togther we can make a diffrence!

What I am doing!

Tuesday 5th May
Hi everyone!
This is my first year doing The World Vision 40 Hour Challenge and I am super exicted! And for my challenge this year I am combiding with Grace Fetu! And we will be praying for strangers over the 40 hours! We believe this will not only help raise money but also have a good impact on the people we pray for!
