World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

Offline for a short time, impact for a lifetime!

I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.

This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.

Your support would mean so much to me. Please donate today so kids in the Pacific get enough food to grow up healthy and strong.

Now’s the time to stand up and make a difference for our neighbours in the Pacific.

During Week 9 (15–19 June), the School Prefects will be taking on a different challenge each day from 8:00am–4:00pm, adding up to 40 hours across the week. These challenges are all about raising awareness for the 40 Hour Challenge, which our school is taking part in.

This year, we’re raising funds to help provide nutritious food for children in the Solomon Islands who are affected by poverty. The official 40 Hour Challenge takes place from 19–21 June, and all students and staff are encouraged to take part over the weekend by creating and completing their own challenge.

Daily Challenges during week 9 (15th-19th June)

Monday - No furniture

Tuesday - No using your dominant hand

Wednesday - No talking

Thursday - Can’t walk - only skipping or running

Friday - Have one eye covered all day
