40 Hours of Continuous Running
This year, I’m taking part in the 40 Hour Challenge to support children in the Solomon Islands who are facing food shortages due to climate change.
To make it meaningful, my team and I are taking on a 40-hour continuous running challenge. There are three of us, and we’ll each run in shifts (around 13 hours each), with the final hour completed together to finish the full 40 hours non-stop.
While this will be physically exhausting, it’s nothing compared to what many families in the Solomon Islands go through every day. Rising sea levels and extreme weather are making it harder to grow food, leaving many children without the nutrition they need.
We’re pushing ourselves to our limits to raise money and awareness for this cause.
Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and would go towards helping provide food, support, and long-term solutions for these communities.
Thank you for your support, and feel free to share this as well.
