Ari's World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

i'm raising funds so families in Solomon islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.

When I visited Solomon islands last year I saw how the rising sea levels affected communities. they lost access to food, water, and shelter. salt water came in and washed it all away. i am trying to replicate this for my 40 hour challenge. for 40 hours i will live on an "island" that randomly gets smaller and smaller cutting off my access to food, water, and possibly shelter.  

This kaupapa matters because in the pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. together, rangatahi in aotearoa can help change that.

Wassup everyone, 

As a World Vision Youth Ambassador I am going the 40 Hour Challenge again. 

When I visited Solomon Islands last year I saw how rising sea levels are wiping out gardens, polluting water sources, and in some cases destroying homes. 

I will be simulating this for my 40 Hour challenge. For 40 Hours I will be living on an "island" that randomly gets smaller and smaller and cuts of my access to food, water, and even shelter.
