World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

Kia Ora! My name is Chloe!
I'm 11 years old and I am very proud to take part in the 40 hour challenge! My challenge is to live outside for 40 hours. I'm raising funds so families in Solomon Islands can get the seeds, tools and skills they need to grow crops to feed their children in a changing climate.
 
This kaupapa matters because in the Pacific region, 1 in 6 kids are living in severe food poverty. Together, rangatahi in Aotearoa can help change that.

The 40 hour challenge is finished! I hope that everyone who did the challenge is proud of how much money they raised.  I am very proud to say I have raised over my goal of $500 and gotten $577 to help families in the Solomon Islands. I cannot thank you all enough. It was 40 hours, we made it count.

Kia Ora and thank you all so much! I am very excited to say that I have raised $566 of my $500 goal! I am very proud to have taken part in the 40 hour challenge. I am so excited that the 40 hour challenge is finally here! Last night I started my challenge (living outside) and slept outside. Thank you to the Rees for letting me use their tent and to the Duffields for lending me a camping light. I hope everyone is having a great time with their challenges.
