World Vision 40 Hour Challenge
hi, I'm Elena and I am excited to participate in the 40 hour challenge this year.
This coming week end, I am going to be staying out side for 40 hours. That means no t.v, no heat pump, no comfy bed, and definitely no microwave.
I will be spending my week end in a tent in my back yard. I will learn to use a gas cooker, fend for my self, and experience what families in the Solomon islands have to go through.
I'm raising funds so adults and children living in the Solomon Islands can get the nutrition, seeds, and materials they need. they constantly live in starvation, wondering when their next meal will be available.
So, if you can, give a little to the families out their suffering from starvation, hypothermia, and poor access to clean drinking water. Because even one person can make a difference.
