Hi everyone!
This year, I am taking part in the 40 Hour Challenge. From Friday night to Sunday (19–21 June), I will be giving up social media for 40 hours by deactivating my accounts and deleting all social media apps from my phone.
While this may seem like a small challenge, social media is a big part of daily life, and going without it for 40 hours will push me out of my comfort zone. By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness and funds to support young people facing poverty, injustice, and difficult circumstances around the world.
This year, the 40 Hour Challenge is supporting children in the Solomon Islands who are experiencing hunger and food shortages. Donations will help provide food security and long-term support for families affected by climate change.
My fundraising goal is $300, and every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.
