I am going 40 hours without using any devices with my brother to show support for people in the Solomon Islands who have a hard time communicating every day. Most of us can easily use phones or other devices to talk to people, but some people don’t have that same access, and it can make life much harder for them.

By doing this together, my brother and I want to understand what it’s like without relying on technology and show that we care about people who struggle to communicate. We also hope it reminds others to be patient, kind, and more thankful for how easy communication is for many of us.
