World Vision 40 Hour Challenge

Can I ride 7+ hours non-stop?!

Hi! 


This year I'm participating in the 40-hour Challenge with my school, Mount Aspiring College. Our goal is to raise $20,000, specifically for a 10-year-old girl Praynia from the Solomon Islands who dreams of becoming a doctor, but has no access to education, eats seeds from her garden and drinks dirty water everyday.  

My goal is to complete a non-stop bike ride for 440 minutes (7 hours 20 minutes).  I have been training 4 times a week to build endurance for this challenge. I plan to ride on Sat 20th June starting at Pisa Moorings, covering the Dunstan Trail and part of the Central Otago Rail Trail.
